PollDeep has self-certified to and complies with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks regarding the collection, use and retention of personal data transferred from the European Union and Switzerland, respectively, to the United States. 18. EU-U.S. PRIVACY SHIELD FRAMEWORK POLICY

This Policy describes how PollDeep complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland, respectively, to the United States. PollDeep has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. 20. TRANS-BORDER DATA FLOWS

Some of our service providers may perform certain services overseas and as a result your personal information may be disclosed to a recipient in a foreign country.
